I am Domenico “Dom” Seminara, a Swiss food designer based in Zurich and Copenhagen.
With a background in languages, communication, and a Master of Science in Communication and Economics, I found my true passion for storytelling in the kitchen.
After a classical chef training at Leiths School of Food and Wine in London, I immersed myself in a variety of culinary experiences—from humble street food to art residencies in Tuscany and working in the kitchens of the world’s best restaurant.
Food is the ultimate medium to convey complex ideas, connect people, and create meaningful, delicious moments. As a food designer, I specialize in concept and content development, recipe creation, food styling, and the execution of immersive culinary experiences.
